Online and physical loyalty

Infinity+ from Loyall is integrated with both Shopify and Front Systems. This allows Infinity to create an omnichannel customer experience, where the same offers and benefits are available both online and in the physical stores. The Shopify integration contributes to building loyalty through the online store, while Front Systems makes it available physically in store through the checkout system.

Members' profiles are synchronized between both channels, and customers do not have to enter the same data twice. In addition, members have easy access to their member profiles and can view available offers at any time. They also have access to their receipts and can contact support if necessary.
